Yes we had implemented only 12 agencies in the Mac OS X program version so far but we're working hard to add more.
As of iStock - it is delayed because they're going to launch their new upload and submission platform for everyone soon and it would be pointless to implement the old iStock submission now just to throw it away few weeks later.
