Thanks for the replies - I have just over 100 clips uploaded so far, usually add about 20 a week, sometimes less. I'll see if I can find out about changing the Getty acct to non exclusive. I don't find Getty the easiest to navigate around, still trying to find out about uploading to istock or having my clips on their site too. Getty also takes a lot longer to get the files reviewed I find too, SS is a matter of days, not weeks.

My main concern though, is where they have the most exposure and also  the best chance of being sold..

Hi all - new to the group.

I started creating video clips for stock, 4K and 1080, and started accounts at 4 or 5 sites, Getty, Pond 5, Shutterstock, Adobe..

One of my clips finally sold, on Getty site - then I decided to read the agreement and realized all the clips I submit to them are exclusive. My fault for not being more careful, but I have a lot of the same clips on the other sites to try and maximize exposure and sales.

Now I am wondering if I should just close the Getty account or close the others. I have 100+ clips uploaded so far, and either want them all in one place or all in lots of places.

I'm tempted to close the Getty account so I can continue to maximize my exposure, but then again they are the only ones that I have a sale with. I have also made money indirectly off them from some event footage I uploaded to Newzulu that Getty bought from them.

I have to make a decision here, as I don't want to not adhere to the agreement.

I'm pretty new to all this  - so any advice / suggestions from you folks here is much appreciated!
