You set up Stocksubmitter wrong! In the agency settings you can selects if you want to sell the rights or not.

Each agency has their own guidelines. Vecteezy only accepts photorealistic AI images. Freepik seems to accept everything ecept for nsfw stuff. And (in my case) brings in the most $$$ of the 3 agencies. 6

And although Adobe releases still have a witness section, their website says they do not require a witness signature if the model is not a minor. Do any of you know if and which other agencies accept model release without witness signature? 10
