It's all OK for me.
It sounds like a local display problem, so best to clear cache/cookies or try with a different browser.
After doing the above, try this link:
https://submit.shutterstock.com/en/dashboard
If it doesn't work, then you can email Shutterstock support, rather than using the web contact page.
[email protected]
Thanks! I'll give this a try. c h e e r s fred

Same problem with Contact Form and more serious problem. Cannot get most links to work on my submit Dashboard page.
Anyone have another email for Shutterstock to get help?

My login to Submit/Shutterstock is not working. I get what looks like the normal dashboard but no data and most links to my data do not work or malfunction in various ways.
Anyone else experiencing difficulties? Anyone have a good email address for Shutterstock assistance?
I have tried the service links from the page I get but they fail when I try to send my request for service.
Any assistance appreciated. fred

What actually surprised me was the fact that you can become president in the U.S. despite having a criminal record.
Admittedly, I would have to study the German constitution thoroughly to be sure that this would not be possible here. I dare say it would not be possible here.
I think most places you are presumed innocent until elected.

When it was first sale in different agencies for you?
First sale was at Lucky Oliver about 2007 - took a few days at least, perhaps even a week or two but I had less than 100 images online. When I finally got onto SS - took three attempts - selling was nearly immediate and in double digits pretty quickly. Same 100 images. fred

My best seller has earned over $500 since 2010 ($452 with 883 DL's on Shutterstock alone and a few hundred on 5 other sites). A simple picture of a fluttering plain white flag against a blue cloudless sky. Used the same image and changed the color of the flag to yellow, blue, green, red, and black. If I included sales of those images it would be well over $1,000.

Hello!! This isnt teh best momento to upload to plainpicture. Only upload really good images. For me is a middle-low macro earner, Offset, Adobe premiun and evil getty bring me more money.
My question for you is if plainpicture requires exclusivity and you sell more at Adobe and/or Getty why are you putting any pictures on plainpicture? Are they better at some niche subjects or easier to get accepted? or?

Check with the agencies you sell these through, these sites may be affiliate outlets. With the outlets, every time they make a sale, you get a sale. So if they sell one sticker, you get a sale. If they sell a thousand stickers, you get a thousand sales.
Thanks I will look into that. I am aware if similar agency affiliates for print-on-demand, however, don't know how they would manage products that combined images from different photographers as they have done here, c h e e r s fred

It's the truth, he is yours and he is President, which he would not be if he hadn't been favoured by many of you.
He wasn't favored by many of us. He lost the popular vote.
He wasn't favored by MOST. He lost popular vote 63M to 66M for Hillary. Just our silly system favors votes from country bumpkins and reactionary southerners. lff

Are your lenses FX or DX? You'll need to change out your DX lenses for FX if you want to take full advantage of the new body.

Works fine for me. I use firefox v.51.01 browser have found that sometimes this sort of thing happens with some browsers and not others. You might try changing browsers.
My uploads are taking forever to be reviewed though. Been over 4 days for some. Had been much quicker lately before this batch.

Thanks for the info. Must have missed the announcement - unless I'm in purgatory!

Is Alamy review staff off for the holidays? Have an upload batch waiting for QC for 10 days. Usually reviewed in 4 or 5 days max.
Anyone else experiencing unusual delays?

Well we can't tell for sure without a full resolution sample. If it is a 40MP image you might be able to pick things out at 200%. (I'm reaching maybe!)

Their review process is also a mystery. I had 80% rejection rate for photos already selling well at 5 other sites!

Well I could use another middle tier site but my other middle tier sites accept about 90% of what I upload. That makes it a easier to build a portfolio large enough to have some sales.
My first submission to Pond5 was all images that had been accepted and been selling well for some time at my best sites (SS, IS, DT.) When less that 50% were accepted at Pond5 it was clear to me that - for whatever reason - I would not be able to build a portfolio there that would have enough sales to justify the effort.
Slow reviewing is acceptable. Reviewing that is both slow and consistently declines images that sell well elsewhere is not acceptable.
Until I am assured that the reviewing situation has changed I will forgo uploading to Pond5.

How do you get paid - PayPal, Check, something else? Where do you live? These things definitely come into play.
Many people have had problems with payments to certain countries using certain methods.
Have you ever received a payment or is this your first one?
If you haven't then maybe it was never set up correctly. If you have then check that the settings have not changed either with SS or the agency you use.
Just some thoughts.
Good Luck fred

Uploaded 21 of my best sellers from SS and elsewhere to Pond5 and after 3 weeks wait over 60% were rejected! If my best images can't get through their review process - although they have been accepted at 9 other sites - can't see the point in uploading any more.
I'm a pretty small time photo stocker but been doing this for 7 years and haven't had this experience before.
Anyone else had this from Pond5? Did I just get a nasty reviewer?

No, Fred is explaining to Fritz there is no problem with the pricing.
Then I've misunderstood that post. Sorry.
No problem. Your explanation was good and complete. I just thought the FX conversion rate was simpler. c h e e r s fred
