Video Equipment / Sofware / Technique / Which Codec should I use to reduce my file size for Fotolia?

Hi,
I have a 30 second file which is compressed to IS standards - QuickTime movie, photo JPEG at 95% quality. Problem is uploading to Fotolia as their FTP limit is 610MB and my footage is 710MB. I can render a new file in After Effects, any tips on the best format / Codec / settings to use to get the file size down at a quality acceptable for Fotolia? Thanks in advance for any advice.
