Symbiostock - Technical Support / local server

I'm setting up a local server to see some things. First question for the community expert. I want to test some changes in my site with the symbiostock theme and I would see more deeply how it appears.
Probably this is only the first question, which file I must download to run my site as is as now in local?

Wow some change happened!
I don't know if in the coming days DT recovers its previous position, but for the first time the gap is consistent. It is unfortunate that SF and GL do not grow, but something is moving at last. And also yoyo IS continues to lose. Perhaps a new scenario is coming up.

A little extremist, but an article of 2008 seems that explain the Getty/Google deal and the new search in Google. What worries me, are the next deals announced between GI and G; and probably other partner will follow the path. I'm curious to see how and if, in the future agencies will defend their assets.
At the moment google win, but never say never...
