I am stock photo contributor for about 10 years, as everyone know, the microstock industry grown up every year but small contributor earnings decrease day by day because of the microstock sale sites are in the race of selling our efforts a little more price than free.. while we complain that our earnings are getting closer to zero, something else is happening somewhere. https://themeforest.net/item/avada-responsive-multipurpose-theme/2833226?s_rank=1check that link and you see how strange it is, one wordpress template has sold more than $25 million in 8 years.  when I think to myself, it seems like it is not possible to understand this.

I see credit sales of istock is increasing month by month and subscription sales decreasing also... what is that mean? Could there be any good changes in the future? BTW, my last mont sales almost 20% up compared to last month, but this does not change the fact that it has decreased by 92% compared to sales three years ago  (Of course I was exclusive at that time which is another point of view.)

cuts on wages:
buyer fee: $3
author fee: $4.95
US Royalty Withholding Tax: $2.70
total cut: $10.65
It's only $1.35 left over from a $ 12 video sale.
this is not fair, would you tell me, what kind of justice is that we live? I am very sick of these kind of absurd conditions on microstock industry anymore, really, I am tired of seeing this kind of b....ts anymore.

I have about 50 HD videos that about technology and abstract e.g. on top tier microstock sites but ther have no sales for a while, about 6 month there have no sales at all, it seems video sales has stopped... Why shuttestock, adobe, istock, pond5, dreamstime, and other sites cannot sell videos anymore? (at least mine...) Is there another place to sale video that I do not know or are there some changes that I have not noticed yet?

please see my istock monthly sale stats, my revenue constantly decreasing in a terrible way, I dont understand why is so much down while I still constantly upload new images, can anyone explain this if understand? is it real or just a joke?

I have no download last two days on istock, although monday and tuesday... usually it would be a few downloads, I wonder if something special these days?

my images mostly rejected due to that so dumb reason and I ve tired to deal with that dumb reasons, I've added to title and keywords "3d illustration" but that says constantly "3D Title/Keywords Requirement -- 3D images require the phrase "3D illustration" or "3D rendering" in the title and keywords." GOD... I ve already added that both title and keywords... what happen?  please give me logical reason, otherwise, I'm going to lose my mind.....

I think how bad we couldnt control prices of our own products on everywhere... our crafts sold by very high prices while can be sold at very low prices on the other hand, our earnings are bad in both cases, I believe that this situation is going to get worse over time, I think microstock agencies earn too much and they pay very little commission to us... I think there must be "microstock trade unions" to protect and defend our rights.. am I right? please ... I'd love to get your feedback... "if you don't ask, you don't get" so I want to ask all the complainant microstockers, how we announce our voices to make a call to our rights?

I dont understand why our sale commisions are so low in image sales? e.g. one images are sold to 1 credits equally $10 but our sale commision only $1.5, what about other $8.5 ?... I wonder is it so costly to being agent to selling our images? why our earnings are limited by only 15% or something like very low amounts on image sales ? I dont know is this a good sample but I get 60% sale commision from 3d model sale on a 3d model sale site which is in the wery similar sale sector and which has wery similarly sale contours.

sometimes we need deactivate our folio from some sites for some reasons, shutterstock does have a system for it called "opt out", is there a way to opt out for selling images or something like on fotolia without deleting all images or without deactivating complete contributor account?

I leave exclusivity a couple month ago and uploaded my images to other sites but my sales not as good as I expected with other sites so I think about turn back to istock exclusivity bu I cannot sure that, if I can catch the old sales potential on istock? Will there be neutral changes in the search results and earnings? Do you think it's too early to think of going back to exclusivity? I am non exclusive for 3 months.

I am very angry with istock for what has happened in recent years, istock doesnt care anymore exclusive artist, lots of exclusives turn to non-exclusive recent years, me too, because of exclusivity has no meaning anymore...
My revenus decrase 4-5 times in recent 2 years while I am in exclusive and now almost 10 times down since I left exclusivity....
I am very angry with istock because I feel like to be fired my job....
I am very angry with istock because istock doesnt care and listen contributors anymore...
I am very angry with istock because our works and efforts serving agencies at very tragic-comic prices and we all lost money...

yesterday I had several downloads as usual but today I have no download on istock currently, (21.07.2015) whats going on?
