Adobe Stock / Horizontal and vertical image

I don't understand why Adobe stock don't accept vertical and horizontal image same view? If customer crop vertical image from horizontal image customer get low resolution image! It's very important especially landscape images.

Microsoft buy they Windows lock screen images from microstock market. I think they should have little bit more respect to photographs and photographers.

One stock agency want sell my image for exclusive rights license forever to one customer.  They ask to me is 280 good price for that rights. I get this sell 60%. I think that is too low price for that rights?
