I started new on new thread on IS but it lives about 12mins and its all about this.

For now I find one of my image on GoogleDrive.
First I asked IS customer support to take my image down from GoogleDrive.
They told me something like this:
"We continue to work with Google on improving the OBVIOUS ISSUES with the implementation of our content within Google Drive?!?"
and IS customer support continues with:
"Google holds a LEGITIMATE LICENSCE license to use these files so opting out is simply not an option."

If it is not option to redeem my image/s which IS/getty sold it to google, then you are responsible to compensate me with right license lets say "SELL RIGHTS LICENSE" to compensate my property.
(Anyhow? Did they show us contract or any coherent idea WHAT IS ALL ABOUT, three weeks are going to pass?)
Also I must to mention that as I read compensation (in this hidden deal) for this images at GogleDrive is whooping 12$ from which I DONT't SEE a DIME.
After number 12 I only expect to add few zeros lets say 3 zeros after number 12 and we can talk about Proffesionally compensation.
WHERE WE NOW and WHAT WE HAVE?
- 3 WEEKS of silence from IS/Getty so they are willingly impotent and with that silence malevolent?
- Very Professional while my image/s are unprotected and prostituted on GDrive.
- NO ANY DIME FOR NOEXCLUSIVES in this SHT!!!
I want name and surname who is responsible for this crap.

Its hard to calculate how much you earn on each marketplace every month because all earnings from all marketplaces there are at one spreadsheet joined together.

This is second mont in a row when my account starts with negative balance at SS. Last month started with about Minus -6.xx$. This month my acc started with MINUS -9.89$.
And there is nothing at delayed earnings page.
Any with same problem?

I buy it before vacation hoping to shoot few diving shoots but images that wannabe camera takes is SHT, no it is the biggest SHT that I didnt see long long time ago.
Imagine that you find some of you oxidized cell image from old camera which you know it is shaked, blurry and with wrong color balance and put it into cheapest dia/transparent scanner. It is even worse than that...
Just puke.....

Ev koga zanima univerzalni prerađeni Model Relis za Hrvatsku u privitku/attachu. Ustvari vrijedi i za sve drave jedino treba na kraju drugog pasusa/paragrafa umjesto "Croatia" upisati ime vae drave.
Preinake su jedino u visini prostora koje fotograf i model trebaju popuniti. Sadraj je ostao nepromjenjen.
ivcirao me je taj (de)generik model relis od Getija gdje su ta polja ni 5 mm visine. Već sam par puta počeo trait babino povećalo za goblene kako bi popunio tu njihovu paualno napravljenu formu (a ono ponaaju se ko da su prvi priprdci ispod lijevog muda od boga, i ondak tako retardirano naprave taj MR?!)
Eto, nadam se da će vam biti od koristi.

In my language iStock means "i Cattle" or live stock or just behave as Bstrds or just unorganized group of (peoples/crowd).
How do you call it in you language without translating into english?

Hi!
I overlap my earnings graphs from last years and see lets say pattern on earnings thru months (dimmer graphs are from previous years 2010 and 2009). I must say that I am lazy on shooting and uploading but I have some constant in uploading about 2-5 per week during this years.
Additional peeks are from rare Alamy sales, so without Alamy pattern will be more accurate.
Do you also have similar pattern or it is just me?

Hi
As new year started I made my yearly graph for myself in MAC Numbers application (Mac version of Excell) which I want to share with you.
Normally it is nothing special. 2 tables with sums.
First bigger matrix will plot to you Sum of earnings months by months and show it in the left bottom graph and second is you earnings lest years.
Under agency 01 to 16 enter names of youre agencyes and earnings, under days enter the day of the month eg 14.
On the right bottom graph green bar is curently sum of earnings this year compared to last years.
Red bar has simple formula which I named Prediction.
Formula is Sum Current earning of this year by months / number of days x 365
which show you where are you from youre desired earnings at the end of this year.
Again
it is made in Mac Numbers application and it will look like on preview jpg file if you open it in Numbers. I upload as zip file exported excel version of file but when I opened in Open office it opens me as 3 spread sheet. I don have excel so I dont know how it looks like in that.
Excel or Numbers masters PLS tell me you opinions how I can upgrade this sheet in something more usefull.
For now I like watching how red bar is oscilating during day by daily earnings.

Hi I login on iStock few times with Safari and FireFox and MyUpload icon disappear from main menu so I cant see last selled images or waiting images??? In main menu I have: Buy credits Balance: $ xxxx Account Network Lightboxes and LightboxesMail is it only me or what? How can I turn on this MyUpload? Maybe I press something and delete it by my self? Anyhow I dont know what you must to do to erase any link from mail menu? Or geeks from iStock is playing with site and screwing us again grrrrrrrr Also Detailed categories didnt work??? If you choose One I cant go back to select another, just from this selected category?!??

Hi I think that I find abusive, fake or mislead usage of images which I think it is not allowed in ANY Terms Of Service of ANY photo agency. Word is about Scam HYIP Ponzi scheme sites which are by definition see more about what I mean on Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyip-------------------------------------------------------------- Typically this "sites" have life span from 1 to 6 months depends on false claiming percent of profit with cheap Ponzi scam script behind site and only one hidden man/creature wanabee admin by himself, but from potential naive "investor" victim point of view it looks that they are Serious investment or bank company. Few examples with this Scam Ponzi sites with same peoples/photo models I think its from MonkeyBusiness port: http://www.hugmoney.com/http://fund-energy.com/http://www.quest4dollar.com/Ill post images below because after few months this sites will take money and run away and close site without any trace and money. First problem is that I think that is the abusive usage of images eg false representing other peoples (photo models). Victims from this "investment" sites could conclude that photo models are CEOs or real successfull people to whom they give "invest" money, and second is that this kind of sites are Scam for wanebee "investors". In the darkest scenario I even cant think what can some victim do to this photo models after loosing they money if they met and recognize them somehow on the street. Problem is not about same models on different sites, blogs etc, Microstock is all about it. Problem is that there are hunderds or thousands this kind of scam sites opened and closed daily with other models too. How to fight with this kind of abusive usage of photo models images?

Eh Dont ask me why I now have can 500D. One person owing me about 1000USD for about year but he dont has any cash so I suggest him to by me something for that value from his credit card. Yes I want to convert to Nikon D90 but in my country believe me or not its just not possible because master agent company for Nikon dont have any model which is in my interest. They have one model of point of shoot model an one 60D??? and they are MASTER agent for Nikon so I decide to catch this Can 500D. Problem is this that I have old non Intel G4 Mac and CS2. For my old 350D its all OK setup. But for now I realize that new 500D I must buy new crappy MAC with INTEL processor and stupid CS4 from Adobe??? OK I can by upgrade CS2 to CS4 for 700USD (for just opening new CR2 files from that camera?  ) but my nightmare dont end with that because I cant install CS4 on Non Intel machine??? So in my case is not double trouble rather tripple trouble. First for buying new camera (in my case is like gift) Second I cant open CR2 files on CS2 Photoshop and must buy CS4 Third Must buy new or refubish stupid Intel Mac how to be able to instal fcin CS4 just for opening CR2 files? ? So who is guilty now? All of them Canon who dont make plug in for old versions of photoshop (they only have they own tool but its not suitable for managing similar setups). Adobe who dont make they for now wanabe standard format for RAW filesDMG for they "older" versions which are difference about 5% from nevest ones and now they are blackmailing producers of cameras. MAC hm OK they decide to switch to Intel. Who suffers in this case? I, io, me... Mooaannnnnnn (headbang) Anybody similar problems???

Strange rejection of 10 vector files in row.
Rejection Comments:
"Other concerns. Please make sure that all grids and any objects or guides are removed/off when submitting. If you can fix these and resubmit, that would be great!"
In my files there are NOT any grids, there is NOT any objects, lines or forgotten dots which are not main subject and NOT any ruler guides so what I must to fix?!?
Has any of you have similar rejections?
Before that I have about 90% maybe more acceptance ratio of vector files on Veer and on the other sites mostly (this ratio is normally same on other sites) but what the hack is this now?!?
What to do now? Wait few days and reupload it again or...
