I feel there is STILL something wrong( despite negative earnings). I am missing ALL the sales from US on my iS earnings graph in February ( I see them in pdf ). How about you?

Hi Mat
Am really hoping you follow this thread as I can't seem to resolve my issue through the usual channels. My previous redemption code is about to expire and I have a blue banner saying I'm eligible for a new one but when I click on it I get the message "APO codes not available for this product". I currently have the Creative Cloud All Apps 100GB plan. I sent a message via the "contact us" page 3 weeks ago but haven't received a reply and twice tried the online chat but they've been unable to help me. I now only have 3 days left to apply a new code so am really hoping you can advise me before I lose access to PS
i have exactly the same problems, no reply to my emails, the chat can't help me. My subscription ends on thursday. Mat, it seems you are our last hope

Kannst Du kurz erklren wie der Offset bei 123RF richtig einzugeben ist ? Des weiteren funktioniert bei mir Photodune gerade nicht, zuerst liess er mich nie einloggen und jetzt zeigt er nichts an (bin nichtmal sicher ob ich wirklich eingeloggt bin). Also kein Kontostand und auch keine Verkufe. Danke schonmal

Ja, aber bei Shutterstock funktioniert bei mir alles wieder. Bei StockAgent aktualisiert er aber seit mehreren Tagen nicht mehr. Bei Bekannten ebenso nicht. Fehlermeldung ist immer: "No sales in the last 7 days"
