I second this. I vary between Lite and Casual, with a Pro plan here and there during the many years I have used this service. Dmytri has always responded quickly and professionally. The product works great and it's well worth the price. Updates are made almost daily.

The price increase is for people that upload more than 1,000 images per month and is a penny per image.


Dmytri, if you need to charge me $12.50 for the Lite plan, I'd be happy to do so. Keep up the great work and thank you for a great product.

So what are the lower levels going to per month? Or are they being eliminated?

Cheaper plans are not going to be changed.
As I explained above, we don't want to make it more difficult for the beginners and those for whom microstock is not the main source of income.

Last 5 years we were keeping the prices at the same level despite the difficulties we were encountering and the growth of our team.
We are striving to offer a quality service to our users and use any income to make our platform better.
It makes our profit margin very thin and any income decrease becomes critical.

Many of our users are facing difficulties because of the current situation and have to stop working with microstock temporarily.
It has affected our income and thus we can't cover our operational costs and we have no other way to preserve our platform but increasing the prices.

We realize that even a slight price increase would be critical for the beginners and those for whom microstock is just a part-time job.
That's why we are increasing the prices only for the professional plans (starting with Professional).
We did our best to keep the increase as low as possible.
Besides, we are announcing this in advance so that everyone can purchase packages for any period of time upfront at the old rates.
Prices increase will not affect the packages purchased before 1st of April.

On 1st April the following subscription plans will have their prices increased:
Professional plan will cost 50 EUR/mo.
Unlimited - 80.
Corporate - 200.
Studio - 400.

Please try reinstalling .NET Framework 4.8 and Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2019 x86 + x64.
If that doesn't work - try reinstalling StockSubmitter as well.

As of the CanStock - please try deactivating it and activating it back after you've marked your choices on their website.

Looking at the DT site, My Files---->Online files sorted by Without Additional looks like Stock Submitter sometimes doesnt upload the additional files. Looks like the problem started January 2021? I have a few hundred.

Anyway, thought I should post so others can check if they have the same issue.

EDITED TO ADD: I tracked down some of the files in StockSubmitter. All show as submitted and are correctly paired eps10/jpeg

EDIT 2: Niakris, is there a way to force upload of just the additional file? doing this through DT's site is taking forever.

The thing is that we're uploading the additional format file along with the JPEG file.
Most of the time it works fine but sometimes they do not correctly pair them :(
There is not much our system can do about it.

1. It's included in any M+ Trends subscription package.
Similar and trending content will be displayed in dedicated sections when you use our QuickMeta feature to tag your files.
Even if you don't have a paid M+ Trends subscription you will still have access to this specific feature for 3 days every month.

You can export CSV for any files and choose the "SS Importable" format.
Resulting CSV will be an example on how can you format your CSVs for importing into the app.

You don't need to.
Just click "Check settings" and the program will fetch it automatically.

Just update the program, we have added support for that already.
If it complains about invalid login/password when you try to upload something - just click the "Check Settings" button in the Adobe setting and then "Save".

Checked the file example you've PMed to me.
So apparently when you were trying to upload it Adobe was in the "verifying" state and was not ready in the "Manage Agencies" section, and the system was saying exactly that in the error message.
There is not much space in the status summary so it can't display the whole message there, but you can always check what exactly is wrong in case of such error using the "Manage Agencies" section.

Now I see that Adobe is verified and you can try re-starting the upload again (change the status to Ready and back to Queued), it should work.

Since I am unable to upload to Adobe using Microstock Plus, and have gotten no answers on here to help me, I decided to download and try stocksubmitter.  Well, it appears that the installer is very old because it has to update 656 differences and fails every time.  This is a brand new installation.  The error says that the process was "Canceled by the user" which is total bunk. I have checked my anti-virus to make sure that stocksubmitter is allowed and it is.

1. The installer downloads only the updater and doesn't download the program itself, because keeping it up to date with a full program installation inside would take too much time, considering how often do we have to update the program in accordance to changes on the agencies websites.
2. If it shows a "Canceled by the user" message then most likely your Windows UAC or antivirus is blocking the update finisher process.
It has to request your permission to update the program files on the hard drive via a standard UAC request. If it doesn't appear then the only possible cause is that it gets blocked by something.
Please check the UAC settings and try disabling the antivirus.

I finally got it to start by disabling the firewall.  It would be nice though if you would design it to where it would start first, and download updates after it started.  This way people could keep working while they wait for an answer on here by you.  Mos programs work that way.  Yours is the only one I have ever used the won't start unless the update process completes.

Oh and BTW, the only reason I download SS is because MS+ is not telling me why it is marking images and Not Ready for upload to AS, and I have gotten no help to my question about this.

I totally understand the inconvenience.
However, the thing is that the program gets updated every day, sometimes many times per day, so we can't really keep the installer up to date, it would waste too much time that we can spend to implement new features and update the agencies support.
And if the installer is outdated we tend to receive tons of reports from outdated versions of the app that have been fixed in the latest updates, because some users just ignore the update issues and keep using an old version of the app.
It's a nightmare to support and we have intentionally made the installer not containing the actual app to ease it up.

As of the Adobe issue, I have replied in another thread in regards to it:
Please PM me an example of a file ID that you can't upload to Adobe so that I could check what's wrong with it.

It will not allow me to do that. I have tried it, but it just stays red.  Why doesn't Plus tell you what is wrong like SS does?

Could you PM me this file ID in M+ so that I could check what's wrong?

I am just getting a red bar for adobe and the message "Stock not ready.  I have redone the metadata multiple times, and nothing changes.  When I used to use StockSubbmitter, it would tell me what was wrong so I could fix it, but this information is not appearing in Microstock.plus.

Please Help.

Those are trendiness indicators. They reflect the sales potential of your content based on their metadata.

The issue is that they change the casing of the filenames to lowercase which corrupts the encoded filenames and prevents StockSubmitter from decoding them.

The only way to resolve this is to contact their support and ask them to make their system displaying filenames as is, without changing the casing.
It's only about the filenames, not extensions - if they need extensions to be lowercase (as their support says) - that's not a problem, they just need to keep the filenames in the original case.

I have a little bug of sorts: Adobe Stock revenue seems to be stuck on last month's amount. No more sales updates (popups) either

Please run an empty submission - probably it needs you to pass a captcha but doesn't want to bother you just to update the balance.

Thank you, for detailed explenation, my biggest worry was that problem is on my side and somehow i stuck with the issue and cant do anything about it.
 I will do releases by myself and use Stocksubmitter just for assets that dont require MR till that get resolved. Just hope it wont take months to process the ones i already sent.

We will make some improvements on our end as well, hopefully it will make the process more stable. Please update the program later tonight or tomorrow.

But now its processing for 3 days constantly and not submitting. Finally i did submit manualy on the Dreamstime site and Stock submitter is still processing.

Pretty sure it stuck, I reinstaled even program and it didnt help.

I will let them know of the issue, hopefully they can improve the release processing times.

Hi, so nothing changed for me, i still stuck with Dreamstime. Is there any way to reset that process? by editing some files or delating some process
queue log ?
Its quite annoying as i do pay for subbmition subscription. i did submit all assets that require model relase manualy on Dreamstime website. So it is Stocksubmitter issue for sure.

There is no assets with MR on my Dreamstime account that need to be edited or pending aproval. Yet if i try to submit anything through StockSubbmitter it shows me "processing realases" but there is no Relases uploaded just photos without it.

The problem is that their new API doesn't allow to upload releases directly to them, they tell us to upload them by FTP and then wait for them to be processed.
And the processing times are quite long (sometimes dozens of minutes for a release...)
We have asked them to implement a way to upload a release without using the FTP (so it wouldn't be so slow) but we're still waiting for them.
So the only solution for now is to keep waiting, eventually it'll finish the processing. It can be quite long, especially if you have many releases attached to the current batch.

Recently I cannot submit anything to Dreamstime, it does upload normaly to the site but not going with submit procces any further.
All i get is processing releases... no errors in log

Anyone with that problem?

Just give it some time, we need to wait for their server to process the release files before we can use them.

Adobe Stock / Re: Adobe upload issue from Microstock Plus

Is anyone else experiencing upload issues to Adobe Stock via Microstock Plus? Basically on upload a pop up box says enter code from email or text message to continue upload but no email or text message has been received (in any inbox, junk mail etc). Anyone know how to solve this issue? I've not seen this before.

Adobe may first request the last 4 digits of your phone number connected to them as a confirmation.
Try entering that if you don't receive any code.

Hi! Looks like the earnings on 123RF are get calculated "total + last month" which makes the amount shown in M+ unrealistic high. I wish though it was true :)

It's how 123rf is displaying them.
In fact, they display earnings in two places on their website and the one we're taking is displaying correct values most of the time (but sometimes they show it as you described...)
Another place though is worse as it's not correct most of the time.
