My video files are in "pending" section even after 7-8 days, Anyone else facing delay in reviewing video files on Shutterstock ?
Same here. Some of my submitted video files are from 10 days ago and still pending

I'm currently uploading two HD videos to SS. According to the status in Stocksubmitter, the clips are submitted and there is the green circle that indicates exactly that. And I have logged into that catcha thing for SS that pops up within Stocksubmitter.
When I log into SS on Google Chrome, there are 0 pending video files. And 0 clips for 'not yet submitted.' In other words, there's no sign of these files on SS.
However, last night, I had no issue submitting a video file to P5 via Stocksubmitter. That clip is pending review within P5.
I'm having the same problem. Submitted videos not visible in the pending section.

Right now I'm using the old interface to apply the CSV file - you can switch back to the 'classic view' in the ESP settings. I know it's a temporary solution but it works.

You should try uploading your releases with a csv file. First upload the releases to pond5, then list their names in a csv, separate them by commas. E.g. release.jpg, release2.jpg, release3.jpg etc

My friends had the same problem a few days ago. They contacted support and received an answer and I quote: "Reviewers now want to be able to read the signature so they know it is the same as the printed name. [...] in some countries it is acceptable for signatures to be mainly initials but reviewers need to see American style signatures which look like the printed name." I hope this helps.

Depositphotos - poor sales and high maintenance, buggy interface. They would often reject files that other agencies approved without a problem.
Though they are now accepting them after several years! I assumed they'd deleted apparently not!!!
Yeah, I'm also getting these emails, lol

Could be just a mistake. Once I found out that a bunch of my commercial videos were marked as editorial at pond5 without no reason. I emailed them and they changed them back to commercial. Curators are still people

Aside from VB/SB taking 50% of commissions now (from as far as I can tell no additional marketing effort) - I have noticed they have gotten *extremely* picky on new content they are accepting. (And sometimes the reasons aren't really legitimate - i.e., you might have a shot where it makes sense to have it slightly defocused - i.e., artistic merit - but instead, it's like they are just going down a checklist, and if there is any blur, an automatic rejection).
While of course I make sure I have good video footage, just surprised at % of rejections now.
Has anyone else noticed the same thing? (Also, I haven't yet noticed any increase in sales, if anything, a slightly decrease. Not that I was getting that much from them to start with, just...)
It seems strange. Nothing's changed for me. Also, no promised increase of sales
