Dear everybody,
I figured out that the whole problem was in fact that I OVERSAW to CONFIRM my email adress in my PayPal account. After confirming my email adress in my PayPal account the 37 USD automatically appeared in my PayPal balance.
The cause of this complication was the confusing fact that I actually could log into my PayPal account with my email adress and password, and once I'm in my account everything appears normal except for just a small button at the bottom that says: confirm your email adress. So I had an account with email adress, but this email adress was just not confirmed.

on Shutterstock and they send me an email that I can claim my money. I opened a PayPal account, and when I go to "Send and Request Payments" and then to "Request a payment" PayPal asks for the Email address or Name of the recipient. My question is: What should I type in this field? Is there a universal Shutterstock email address for requesting money from them or am I missing something?
