iStockPhoto.com / Re: My contents disappear on Gettyimages?
« on: June 22, 2019, 07:33 »
I am an iStock contributor. Sales reports show how many sales are available through gettyimages, but I can't see my content on gettyimages. Does only iStock exclusive content appear on both sites? I'm waiting for your help.

Yes, only exclusive, and then only editorial  (which aren't labelled as such, but as "iStock unreleased" and 'creative' content which the inspectors deem special enough. Exclusive iS content sold via Getty gets us 20%, even those who still manage to get 40% on iS.
But don't worry, all content over iS and Getty can be sold for sub-cent amounts to Connect buyers (a pay-per-view deal which seldom remits to us) and all content can be sold via their premium access scheme, usually for very low amounts.

Thank you very much for your reply. What is the reason why the IS content generator's content doesn't appear on Getty?
As I said above, it's only certain iS-exclusive content which gets mirrored on Getty.

I was actually wondering where exactly "connect buyers" bought my content

Shutterstock.com / When do my sales increase?

I upload my vector icon sets regularly for 6 months but only 41 times in total. When does the increase happen? What are your recommendations?

Hi

If you copy the link for the portfolio page to your phone browser and then save the shortcut to the screen it looks and behaves pretty much like an app anyway. you can upload files etc.
yeap i like it :)

Will Adobe Ever release a contributor app? Would be nice to go to my account on my phone and check the numbers. I had been using the old fotolia (called instant) app but seems that Adobe has finally turned that off. My data stream has not updated for over a week now.
OR, is there already one and for some reason, I cannot find it?
as far as I know there is no such app. but you can use microstock app for mobile and desktop.

Adobe Stock / Re: How do i upload my eps files to adobe stock
« on: April 14, 2018, 21:03 »
Sorry, I wrote something and then I realized stupid, so I deleted it.

I still upload to Fotolia (instead of Adobe) and they don't ask for specific eps resolution, so I don't know how to help. Sorry.
:)

Adobe Stock / How do i upload my eps files to adobe stock
« on: April 13, 2018, 05:38 »
I uploaded my first content as eps and jpeg. Sales were not bad for the start. But Adobe Stock did not accept eps files accepted by istock and shutterstock, so I had to increase the resolution of the eps files for adobe stock very much. After than, i started uploading the eps and jpeg files (that i uploaded to istock and shutterstock) in zip format to adobe stock. The ones I uploaded in zip format were never sold (about two months). Adobe stock made an announcement that you do not need to upload in zip format anymore, i know. I chose the zip format because I wanted to upload my contents in the same resolution in shutter, adobe and istock. Is there anyone who can help in this matter?
