My portfolio has finally been moved to Premium. It took about 10 days from my email to them.

Same here.
One week ago, they said that my portfolio will go back to Premium and that it would take 24 to 48 hours but everything is still in Plus.
Send them a 2nd message 2 days ago, no answer yet.

I will wait until next week and I'll delete my portfolio.

Never received any email about this!  >:(

I tried to change a few pages of images from Plus to Premium. It seems to work ("content has been updated") but it's been 24 hours and all my portfolio is still in Plus.
Anyway I have to many images to do it manually. I sent them a message that I want everything removed from Plus by the end of the week or I delete my portofolio.

Adobe Stock / Re: No answer from [email protected]

I'm sure it's not an API partner. They have a few images on sale only and they made modifications on mine.

Not anyone can get these arrangements that API partner have. Otherwise, anyone could buy for pennies and resell on POD.

Adobe Stock / No answer from [email protected]

Hi,
I found one of my images sold online as a poster (they changed the color and added a text) by a small French company. They have their own website.
I contacted them and they said that they bought the image on Adobe Stock. I have not sold any extended license so they must use a standard license.

I send a ticket to Adobe Conributor support who told me to contact [email protected].
It's been 2 weeks and [email protected] has not answered my mail, I didn't even an automated answer.

Do you have any experience with them?
I would at least want to know how they handle this case. I wrote to them that I expect not only an extended license but also a financial compensation.

I just checked this free section.

If the purpose of this was to drive customers towards the paying collection, the search results would include some paying images. This is so obvious to everyone here that the lack of paying images in the search can't be an error.

I'm afraid that the real purpose of this free section is a test to something else. Probably something like all our images free for Adobe sofware suscribers (with may be a paying premium collection).

This is really bad news.

Also lots of sellers sellings prints of stock images, obviously without extended licences.
This one  https://www.etsy.com/shop/CanvasGeeks has 3000 images and I found 3 of mine.

Their shop will be closed after 3 claims I think, so don't hesitate to report them.

Just received an answer from 500px :

'The images that are submitted to Getty Images have some AI (Artificial Intelligence) keywords applied to them, in an attempt to improve the overall discoverability of the collection. At this time we don't have an easy way to modify the keywords once they're submitted, but we're working on a solution for this with Getty Images.'

'Our experts have ensured that the generated keywords get your photos in front of as many potential Buyers as possible.'

I don't understand either. I guess they don't realize that their keywording is that bad.
I have mainly travel images. They are unfindable  :'(

Hi,
I'm new here but I read you since many years now.

I have a few hundreds of images selected by Getty from my 500px portfolio (they sent me an email with the link to my portfolio at Getty).
Unfortunately, on Getty my images have no descriptions and the keywords (that are both in the metadatas and in 500px) have been replaced by terrible keywords : only very generic keywords, no places, countries or city names. I have a close up of an eye that does not have the keyword 'eye'.
It seems to be the same for all images from their "500px collection". I even found a horse keyworded "goat".

I contacted 500px 2 weeks ago about this but I have no answer....
