I organise by countries (I shoot travel) having one word document with all keywords for each country - title for each photo in bold and keywords underneath, I'm trying to also keep them in chronological order. So when I need to keyword a new photo I look for a similar one that is already keyworded and copy, paste and edit my tags  Frankly, I feel that what I do is very time consuming and there is a lot to optimize. I remember someone mentioning in here they keep everything in one excel spreadsheet, even tracking submissions to agencies, I'm wondering if it is really easier than in word.

Anyone had issues with uploading to FT lately? I've tried both in the last few days - web upload and FZ, but it keeps showing errors. My internet is somewhat slow now, but I had no problems uploading to my other agencies.
Is uploading easier through Adobe for you?

Up and down, not too bad at SS and FT after all. I just realised I have 0 downloads with DT this month Not a big deal, but unsual. I hoped for the second half of March with 123rf, but nothing happened - I'll get about 20% of what February earned.

Does anyone know if the PP's from December have been reported already?
I think I had PP sales on my January statement for sales made in December. Is that what you meant?
I just checked my January statement - it does have several sales from December, but most of them show 0.00 commission (and I don't want to know what it is), but I don't think they are PPs, more looks like the missing December subs.
Did you have any ThinkStock sales? Depending on how you tracked things in the past, you may not have realized that those were previously lumped into PP by IS. So that may be where most of your PP sales came from in the past.
True, I have a few thinkstock sales from December, so then here they are my December PPs, very few

Yes the sales volume seems to be up. So now more buyers will run to IStock for their cheap sub packages and SS and others will have to follow and introduce similar packages, right?

I uploaded a bunch but no sales yet. Might take a while.
Me too sales on Alamy seem to have the gestation period of an elephant ..getting a few zooms so optimistic (no so much what I might earn though)
That's so true  13 months between my 1st and 2nd sale (although it's more like a giraffe) My balance is 43$ so another year and i'm getting my payout

SS all the same, FT - breathing again after a couple of months in coma, although not as it used to be. BS - still dead, 123 - suddenly a terrible month after sales started to grow in the last few months. IS - no idea either as even the DeepMeta 2 doesn't let me to log in anymore and see my frigging balance

Last year I used to get credit sales of 1 and 2 usd often enough, doesn't happen anymore. Since Feb it's only subs and very few of them I get 0,27 per sub though

I have the latest version of DeepMeta but I'm having this issue with some of the keywords: for some of the geographic locations I am only offered options that don't fit and no chance to use my keyword as it is, thus I'm not able to use some of the important tags at all.
Could you suggest what to do, please?
My keywords language at ESP is set to English already.

First of all, if you're using the latest version, you now set the keywording language in DeepMeta itself, in the "Preferences" window. Make sure it's set like you want there.
Next, also in the latest version(s), if you don't like any of the suggested terms, you can click the keyword itself (at the top of the box with terms).
In the example above, you can click "blow" and "dandelion" (they are buttons in the latest versions) instead of any of the orange terms.
Give it a try and let me know (I should update the "getting started" guide with this info ...)

Thank you, Franky. Do you mean I need to double click the keyword in grey line if the suggested terms in orange don't fit? If so, then i've tried but nothing happens. I have the 3.0.3 version. UPDATE: I've just reinstalled to the latest version which is 3.0.10 and now this option works, thank you very much!

My sales keep growing at 123, more credit sales recently with nice royalties once in a while, in fact February was the 1st month when my 123 sales surpassed FT (because FT is doing terribly for me now )

February is not my friend. A year ago it was worse than December and January, this year is the same - slower than Christmas week FT is doing terrible too since the Feb started.. March should be better

My DM3 is empty - I can not see any of my active files nor my balance. I seem to be logged in correctly and if I upload and submit a photo it works fine, is everyone having the same issue?
And one more question about the keywords - there are many geographical names missing in the dictionary, it concerns most of my photos so I'm unable to use the most important tags, what can I do with it?

About geo names: make sure to use the latest version(s). From 3.0.2 onwards, keywords for which the Getty vocabulary has no matches now get transferred straight to the left hand "valid" column.
These are marked with an (*) asterisk, meaning that the term is not in the vocabulary. It is still searchable by buyers, but is not translated.
