I guess this little tiny link makes serious difference, especially at SS and IS (on both direct, and SEO level, in the end you're getting links from top ranked sites)
but is it against their rules/policy? do you guys put links to your marketplace in your profile at SS & IS?
I don't wanna play risky games!

It's certainly against the rules on iStock.

ETA: Correction - they do allow you to put a link to your own website - so I guess the rule only applies to links within image descriptions.

I guess they assume you're linking to your blog or personal website, not a "competitive" website?!

Well yes, I imagine they'd look somewhat askance at your linking to your SS portfolio from your iStock profile!

But there is a field in your IS profile for "Company/Organization Website" and most professional photographers use it to link to their personal website.
