I was there earlier today.  It's 9 Central, can someone please check if they can sign in.  Maybe it's a captcha thing.  I'm a little concerned because I had a message from Fotolia a couple days ago that someone is trying to reset my password.  Can't get in on Fireforx or IE.

That's what I was afraid of.  And no-one seems to be getting replies from support these days either.  AND it's the weekend...  At least it's not the last day of the month.  I would hope that they would send a response to e-mail if a password was changed though.

Edit to add THANKS FOR CHECKIN MANTIS, my bad manners!

I had the same thing happen last night and I changed the password. I've written to support about it and I'm keeping an eye on it to make sure that it doesn't happen again. May just be a glitch if there are two of us.

I changed my password at SS recently and I did get an e-mail saying it had been changed and to contact suppport if I was not the one initiating the change so they do have a notification system in place.

I'm not able to log into Shutterstock this evening.  I requested to change my password but haven't received my email.  I guess I'll wait until tomorrow morning and try again...

I did request an auto reset to my password after Mantis replied last night and it worked(s) again.  But - then I got not one but 2 emails informing me that I changed it.

Maybe they are now forcing us to change their passwords after a certain amount of time has lapsed.  Not a bad policy.

.. 5-10 minutes later, i got the email, reset my password and now it works again.

Now that you mention it, I wonder if I don't remember them saying there is a mandatory password reset every so often... hmm.

Hi all,

If you are having any trouble logging in, it might be best to change your password just in case. Click here to do so: http://submit.shutterstock.com/forgot.mhtml

Thanks for your feedback!

thanks, yeah - that worked in the end.
