Hi all,

I know shutterstock will have a rejection about not choosing 'illustration/clip-art'..

does it mean the 'categories'? or I just need to tick the 'illustration/clip-art' option box?

I think both - could be wrong!
I always choose "Illustration/Clip-art" for the first category, and have never had the rejection you mention.

Needs to be both - had some rejected for the same reason and box was ticked for all of them.
