When I search my new pictures accepted three days ago at SS they appears only in new section, no traces in "Popular" "relevant" or "random" sections  :-[

It can take another 48 hours or so before they reappear in the full search. Give it time.

Yes, it has been that way for some time. It usually takes 3 to 6 days before they show up in a search other than newest and in the catalog manager.
