The general rule is that if your photo includes identifiable people and/or property including trademarks,, you cannot sell it commercially without obtaining a release.

However, editorials don't need releases. Keep in mind that not all unreleased commercial images make for good editorial as they must "tell a story". SS has written extensively about this:

I'm sorry for that. I couldn't sent link before. I'm sending this link now. "https://tr.fotolia.com/id/168113908" fotolia accepted this photo. But shutterstock didn't accept for releases. If i send this photo for commercial. Do they accept? What do you think?

I think this image won't be accepted as commercial as it's someone's artwork. Just submit it as editorial. Nice image by the way!

Thanks so much! I will try for editorial! actually i have updated already. I am waiting for their answer. :)
