Seen this thread yet?

Seems like a fairly easy way to get a few sales. I'll bet there are plenty of people going after those hard-to-fill words.

Yes, fairly easy. But after a while as I looked at the word list, then scrolled through my portfolio to find the image I had in mind (is there an easier way to do that?), after a while, I decided it was a lot of work for a thirty cent sale.

Now if they are buying ELs....

Yeah I saw this also. Still lots of empty spots. The guy was smart to post in the forum and let the members do all his work.

I don't know why ... but something seems fishy to me.

Why doesn't he just do a search?  Must be easier than checking the forum for suggestions.

I got in there early and nabbed a half-dozen or so of the easy ones - a pretty easy way to earn a couple of bucks. After ten minutes it began to get tedious and repetitive, so I dropped out.

Yeah, I was there about 20 minutes searching around when the I realized what I was doing and stopped.

As far as search, a lot of the requests are conceptual, but digiology nailed it. Why do the work when we're willing to do it for him.

Another question, how is he going to get all these. The limit is 25/day 750/month, right?

My guess is he will buy one subscription and do 750 photos.  He is probably doing a one off project (like a childrens book/ language lesson) so going online each day for a month will probably be worth it for him.

EDIT: Forgot to add, no lightbox at shutterstock?? so he is in a sense creating his own lightbox so he can do the 25 uploads very quickly.

Looks like one of mine was chosen, so I guess I nailed .75 an hour this morning. Hopefully, it will at least lead to a tearsheet.

I spent an hour at it and got quite a few chosen.  Not so much for the 30c but because I love to see my images in action and we will probably get to see them as there is a link to the website.

Way too much work for me ...for just a few sales.  If they want any of my pics they can search for them themselves.  I do have to admit....the guy is pretty smart to let everybody else do the work. It just takes way too much time to look them all up and then post them.  Not worth my time. I'd rather be taking and editing pictures.

Yeah, he's going to get 800 pix for $200 and doesn't even have to work for it.
