I was wondering if anyone else is having a bug on Shutterstock. It doesn't seem to be updating the amount of downloads you have gotten. Mine hasn't gone up in about 5 hours, and usually this is the prime time where I got about 20 downloads yesterday. I talked with a friend who is on SS and the same is happening with him. Anyone else or is this just a odd coincidence?

This happens occasionally on SS. The numbers on my statistics have been going up and down all day. No reason to worry. It always ends up right, or at least it looks like that.

Yes I know it constantly goes up and down almost every time you refresh, but it has stayed the same for about 5 hours now for me and another Shutterstocker. Very odd. I am pretty sure it's a bug.

Today was shaping up to be my new top day in terms of downloads but from noon on its been nothing. Must be a bug, or at least hopefully a bug. Tongue

Ah, the "no sales bug". I know about that one Grin

Sometimes, the statistics at SS update slowly, but it can also happen, by pure coincidence, that your sales drop for a day or two. At least it happens to me sometimes. It's very annoying. Those customers should pull themselves together, and do what we all know is best for them: download more Angry
