Some people reported that they got a stock answer back from support, after reporting the problem, that it had to do with taxes being withheld? Since I'm in the US and no taxes are taken, I am not sure what that is all about. Are you in the US, Donna?
yes I am in the US but I've filled out all the forms and they don't withhold taxes. Even if they did it wouldn't have been $95.00 since that was my balance as of yesterday, then today it shows 1.50.
