I shoot rarely below F9 even if I am looking to do a shallow depth of field picture
never used noise reduction (dont know how to do it) but I dont shoot higher than 200 and if I remember you have a 5D mark II which can make amazing things even with a big ISO so you aren´t using the correct exposure
if you had 9 out of 10 it means these are good enough to be online, might not be about noise or other but the use of the pictures which I believe thats the more important these days on stock, if you pull 1000 studio pics I can assure you than 999 will go in, if you do them properly and might not be WOW
pictures taking outdoor and borderline subject can go easily to the rejected pile, some days don´t yep
