Is there is any Contributor here have submit world cup content in Shutterstock? if yes, how do it can be approved, because i have submit many times and it still rejected.

Do you own the copyright to World Cup symbols and logos?
No of course not so you can not submit images or vectors using that content.

possibly that should have been rejected as well. you can report the images to ss if you think they violate copyright, still wont allow you to get your images approved
