I have noticed some of the earnings ratings change today. Made me wonder if there is no "cutoff date." Are some people just completing the poll? Or, is there another factor that affects the results throughout the month?

Maybe some are waiting until the Partner Program numbers are in at IS?

the stats aren't adjusted (or the way they are calculated) throughout the month at all, so it would simply be that someone just voted. Their vote could also be 'late' if they just signed up to the forum.
