The Polls are listed at the top of the page Laurin.  I haven't yet participated in one of them, because the numbers don't mean anything to me.  I really don't know what defines "poor" or "great" earnings, much less how to interpolate a rating between 1 and 10.

If you ask me how much my earnings grew at a site month over month, or how far above/below average earnings they were, then I could provide a number confidently.

you mean the ones on the right?

They are from everyone who has voted - including you (if you vote).  If you click on the 'polls' link on the top you will come to a voting area where you can vote on a few different things.  There is also a link there to see the results from the other questions of the poll.

The results are tabulated automatically after each vote.

I vote by giving my best earning site a 10 and my worst earner(s) a 1, then spreading the rest of the sites appropriately in between.

What do the red & green arrows mean?
The average number given by the members...compared to the last month
