neither really. iStock doesn't display your specific sales details. They round it to the nearest 1000, 100, 10 etc. depending on the amount of your sales. The rank then just takes what is shown. When you view your own profile you see the exact number of downloads you have.

I have 11810 sales

but you probably only see 11000 sales

I guess they should say temporarily out of order - because that is what they are. I was having problems with them stealing all the system resources and bringing the site to it's knees. I have to do a little fixing.

yep, your name shouldn't be in the ranking list if it was never entered. The rank list isn't working right now either so it for sure won't be there

But if you HAD entered your portfolio info into your profile and wanted to remove your name from the ranking you could either just remove your portfolio info or click the boxes on the bottom that say ' don't include me in the ranking etc.'
