A good idea to drum up traffic to the site, but I'm a regular visitor and don't really want/need the reminder.

Would it be possible to include an 'unsubscribe' link on the email and/or provide an unsubscribe option 'Notifications and Email' section of the member profile? Or is this already covered by the 'Receive forum announcements and important notifications by email' option?
