Hello,

I don't know why - I don't receive any e-mail notifications anymore - is that normal?
I have already examined my spam folder and all, just to be sure. Someone else having this problem?

lol....

austrian cookies are much better.

no, i am with the same laptop. i changed to linux, maybe it is that. but i receive notifications from all other kinds of services so... Huh

well i cleared history and cookies, let's see what's coming. maybe the firewall...... Roll Eyes

i think it might have something to do with the new server. Is anyone getting the emails? I had one other person complain, and when I tested it myself - I managed to get the emails. It is hard to trouble shoot something when I can replicate the mistake myself, but it would be nice to know how many people are having the problem.

yeah i think it might be the new server. that coincides quite much with the stopping of emails...
i could change my e-mail address and see what happens. maybe it gets re-registered or something. or maybe my e-mail is listed on the new server as something bad (which i don't hope, but you never know).

I'm flying "blind" as well for weeks already.

You fixed it before, remember? I'm not sure for how long I haven't received notifications anymore but definitely longer than 2 weeks.

no, i mean when i switch on to be notified of new posts on a topic... (i have that automatically on for all posts i reply to, and i checked the settings and the notify list and they are there). also yesterday i tried to change my e-mail address, but no notifications yet...

Odd, I just got the December newsletter. Also if you have this thread tagged, it can work as a test.

For the rest of the world that does, and we don't celebrate it in the US, Saturday is Boxing Day.

hmm.. ok, well i'll check into this again after the new year. I wondered if it has something to do with the sporadic servers - but perhaps it is more than that.

Let me know if you suddenly start getting emails though.

the newsletter (by the way) was sent through another service, which is why you would have gotten it.

Sometimes I get emails, sometimes I don't. Seems intermittent.
