I just received this email from YouTube:

"Under the new eligibility requirements announced today, your YouTube channel, xxxxxxx, is no longer eligible for monetization because it doesn’t meet the new threshold of 4,000 hours of watchtime within the past 12 months and 1,000 subscribers. As a result, your channel will lose access to all monetization tools and features associated with the YouTube Partner Program on February 20, 2018 unless you surpass this threshold in the next 30 days"

You only have close to 300 subscribers. If you don't get paid for your tutorials anymore, will you continue to do this only for the sake of internet glory?

Hi,
my channel is only a bit more than 2 months old.
I started it as a joke and my minimum target was to get 100 subs within six months and 1000 in a year.
I got to 100 in just over a month and now I target 1000 by early March (so a bit more than 4 months from start).
But most of all I am having great fun and connecting with a lot of very nice people.
I think the move from YouTube is very wise and long overdue

I suppose you have a channel, if you have received the email.
What is the channel about?
