Want to pay for StockSubmitter but Don't

Hi All,
I am trying to register stocksubmitter but they don't accept payment via card and I don't have paypal or skrill in my country. Can anybody help me in this regard or suggest me a solution.

Then how do you get your stock earnings?

I am not a StockSubmitter customer, but a quick check here

says that they accept visa, mastercard and webmoney, and there is also a contact (don't know if current)
