Hm, I have just uploaded a one test file via FTP. It has ICTP data, keywords, decsription and title. But It does not want to read it.

here:

I can see those keywords but they do not want to appear in KWS box. Why? What should I do? When I click submit, it just return me to this page again.

Also, how can I attach model release? I dont see the link for upload anywhere?

If it shows up right next to the pic, it has been uploaded.  All you must do at this point is choose the categories and the choice for graphic or photo, I don't know about the MR, then hit submit.  It seemed strange to me as well when I first started uploading there.

I choosed categories - people activities. but nothing. it just return me here where I began. If I have to copy paste manualy all the kws, that wont be good.

It doesn't show up in the add information box at #2, it has read the data since its just to the right of your uploaded pic.  If you choose the categories and hit submit the page looks the same, but the info has been recorded in the folder.  I don't know about the MR's, but on vectors you must upload the jpeg, select the categories, then upload the eps on another screen, perhaps the MR has a similar process on another page.

I never used FTP, but those boxes look like the ones for editing many files at once, in a group.  As we see the title, description and keywords there, I would guess you are clicking on the worng place.

no, that looks right.

The fact that you can see the keywords there means that they are attached to the image.  Those empty boxes on the bottom are just for editing the image - if you want or need to.  That way you could edit say 2 images at once and type in the info in those blank boxes.  Only the boxes that are changed when you click submit are transfered to the images - if that made sense.

On the top in the 'my images' section you could see a tab that says releases.  You have to upload releases here first before you can attach them to the images.

Uploading images on stockxpert isn't very easy to understand but once you get how it works it really is very quick.

Your second red line near read IPTC data should not be checked, if you are going to select your categories.  That may be why your inputs don't "stick"
