I have been with StockXpert since the beginning and they always paid through paypal within a couple of days, sometimes within a couple hours. Not this time, the request for payment was sent Nov 3, it is almost 9 complete days now and nothing yet. I did send an email to support 18 hours ago and no reply yet. At the moment, I am just mildly concerned and just wondering if this has become the norm? Anybody else out there taking that long? Thanks for responding. Denis

I'm guessing either timing or a glitch in the system.  I requested payment the evening of the 31st and had my Paypal notification on the 2nd.

Yes that was typical timing for me as well. I am sure nothing is lost as the amount owed has not been subtracted from the total yet and still in pending mode so I guess this could be some kind of a glitch. Denis

I've been waiting since Nov. 2.  I wrote support and they replied today.

According to the reply I got they loaded their paypal account today and we should be seeing our payouts tomorrow.

Too early to worry about. Just check your preferences for possible mistakes in payout section.

I really lucked out this time. I put in for a payment this morning, and got my paypal payment this afternoon. I wasn't expecting that, but it sure was nice!

StockXpert payments are all done manually. There's no database, automated transfer that happens. Basically if you put in a payment request, it shows up with your info and the amount due. then one person is in charge of putting through the payment. So if he can only submit 10 payments a day and 300 requests come in at the same time......well you get my drift.
