In the past few days I have uploaded a few images to StockXpert. As of this morning, the thumbnails are not available and states that it is "Generating image..." Is anyone else having this problem?

Yes. And there are many other strange things going on there. People still are reporting fast reviews and Steve says they are 'almost back to normal.' I still have completely unreviewed batches going back to the 13th and partially reviewed baches going back to Sept. 28.

One of the complaint threads there http://www.stockxpert.com/forum.phtml?f=showtopic&n=6311&p=2 was finally updated with a post that there was some technical difficulites, but nothing about which batches were affected. I can't tell if it is worth uploading there or I need to wait until they sort the mess out.

I've got a couple of images in the same state at StockExpert. I uploaded them on Friday.

I started a thread about the thumbnails and Zelda replied today:

Someone forgot to feed the thumbnail generator and now it's on strike!

Maintenance is aware of the problem and is working hard to solve it.

Thank you for noticing. We agree it is an ugly sight all those gray squares ;-)

So... it doesn't sound like the files are corrupt.

As well, I forgot to attach a model release and couldn't edit to do so. Lots of posts about this one, they responded today:

Thanks for letting us know about the problem. Our admins are working on it. Be patient, please, everything will be OK soon.

Same problems here. Uploaded on Thursday, no thumbnails since then and no way to attach a model release after uploading.

I noticed the same problem with the thumbnails. While we are discussing problems at StockXpert. Do your sales show on the new stats page? Since the introduction of the subscription sales and new stats page I did not have a single download - four days in a row nothing. Now that is very strange. Nothing like this happened to me before. Furthermore, when I go to "My account/home" the amount shown next to "this cycle" differ from the earnings shown on top of the page. The amount shown there is higher than the amount on top of the page. They should be the same, or am I missing something? Could it be that downloads since the changes to the stats page is not registering on the new daily stats page?

I've reported all these issues to our tech team, and they are in the proccess of fixing them. We rolled out a few security updates and it seems to have affected some other areas of the site.

I have tested it again. If I log out of StockXpert and log in again the amount shown on top is correct and corresponds with the amount shown next to "This cycle". The moment I go to the daily stats page the amount at the top change to a lower amount. It is like this since yesterday - it is thus not a momentary issue. It is almost like the stats page is frozen in time. I cleared my cache and reloaded the page, but nothing changes.

I finally have thumbnail images............but it won't let me attach model releases to the pictures....... Huh

One image uploaded two days ago now has a thumbnail. Two uploaded yesterday still don't.

YIPPE!!!!!!!!!

up and running and the new model release setup is now in place. This is GREAT.....now if only IS would do the same....figure the odds of that.. Shocked

My new uploads had 0 views for the last 3 weeks. It seemed like something must be wrong so I checked from another computer and the couple I looked at DID receive the 1 view.

Now all of a sudden I have a couple files approved from this week (none from last week), I finally have thumbnails on half of those pending and several views overnight on the photos that sat stagnant since Sept. I don't know what was broke for me with the searches, but it seems normal for today anyhow. I've only been there a couple months so I don't know what is normal yet.

Some of my approved pictures have 0 view after about 3 days now. I hope they find how to regenerate these thumbnails and quick, because it's sad for me whit my little portfolio...
