I sent a site mail to stockxpert and they responded within a couple hours saying they were aware of your situation and working on it. Not sure why you didn't get a response but I am guessing there must be a hickup somewhere.

So it appears you just have to he patient and wait, at least you know they are aware of the problem

Account has been activated again.
They did not explain the reason for the problem, but they fixed it.

i think you should thank Tyler (leaf) for that. he was the one who sent StockXpert the note.

well i didn't exactly 'take a stand' I just wrote a friendly email saying someone was having problems, making sure they knew of the problem since Gregor909 hadn't heard anything.

But yes, it is nice that we can help each other out.

It sure is Leaf, not too many people nowadays would have gotten involve in someone elses problems, but you did, its very good to see that we can always count on each others help on this forum.
