You guys keep contacting support. Or maybe you are not priority.
I received my payment last week, but I never deleted my pictures and I never opted out subscriptions and partner programs. Also, I never asked for my account being closed.

Have you been able to log into your account??? Maybe they closed it and your not aware of it??
I can still log in.

No money, no reply, can't log in.

You guys who've gotten paid - did you use the support contact form on the site, or did you email directly - and if so, to what adddress?

I used support contact form on the site.

Repeated my request today and got another auto-reply for my collection.

I wonder if I'll ever see that money.  This really reinforces my thinking about low-producing sites - forget about them, they're not worth the hassle or the risk. And by risk, I mean a lowball site folding up and some guy taking off with all the images on a removable hard drive.

Right now Getty is just sitting on all this money, drawing interest on it, with no need to do anything about it anytime soon.

I can't get on there at all and I don't even remember my balance....lets hope this all turns out ok.  Hmmm wonder if we can charge interest on the money they owe us... Roll Eyes

Finally a reply from StockXpert!!! Grin

Your royalties will be paid out within 90 days. You will receive an email when the funds are transferred to your Paypal account.

I feel better now that I got some kind of answer from them, and also a time frame as to when I'll be getting my money.

Wow that's 3 months, that's a long time...Oh well I guess we should be thankful they gave us a time frame

90 days means they can draw interest on other people's money for an entire accounting quarter.  If this were a local company I'd be emailing the BBB and the state Attorney General's office right now.

What a bunch of jerks.

So here I am, dredging this thread back up from the bottom of the page.

Today, I can log back in to StockXpert and my earnings are STILL showing there. Just incredible.

I can tell you something more interesting. My account is already canceled, so I can`t sign in, but yesterday I went to the stockexpert.com to check if something new happens over there. For my bigest surprise, after the main page loaded from StockXpert, I noticed that I`m signed in to the site with a username that is not mine. I had chance to check his details, earnings etc. This is something weird. I made a screenshot and email the user who`s account I was in and send the screenshot to him also. He lives somewhere in Australia and I`m in Europe.
Lucky him that he made recent a payment request, so no one could retrive his money.

Something strange is going on, and it could be happen to everyone that they kept the account over the StockXpert. I hope that, this is a singular case and no other user going to have their account exposed to other users.

Well I still can't sign in, but I did finally get a reply to my email saying "Payments should be issued this week if it is not already done." Fingers crossed.

I have not yet deleted my images, but today I could not log in. I requested my password, and I got a "This account has been cancelled!" message.

Same thing happened to me today.  I had deleted all my images and requested final payout a couple of weeks ago.  Still no payout and now i can't even log on.

Hope I see my money soon.

But I had understood they would only close my account after I deleted my images.  And I still wanted to get a print the payments for my records.

That shouldn't be happening. Email StockXpert at istockphoto.com and they will get it sorted out for you.
