I haven't been able to get on StockXpert for 2 days now. Not from mail, not from the web and I can't even get on from the link here on MSG.  I'm getting a 'time out' everywhere I try.   Anyone else having problems?    8) -tom

No problem here.  Uploaded yesterday.  All fine.  Accepted today.  Just checked now from "Favorites" link and from this site.  Both went straight in.

It's been down for me from about 9pm EST yesterday, and has been down all day. Just times out for me as well.

You can use "tracert" command in DOS to see if there is a link problem.  I experienced that in many sites a couple of weeks ago, with that diagnosis I saw it was a link problem from Brazil to a certain server in the US.  I reported that to my ISP and, although I never received any feedback, the system became normal soon after (of course, they may have diagnosed a problem before my email anyway...).

Regards,
Adelaide

Thanks Adelaide

I think sending a tracer through DOS is out of my 'techy' comfort zone, hopefully it will resolve itself soon  :)

Since they changed the default view to most popular from newest first, my new images weren't being viewed anyway, so hardly any sales at StockXpert, so I am not too worried.

Thanks again for the advice

Yeah, Sim.... I'm  in Jersey.  I just tried again and still no go. I also tried from different computers....  it seems to me about a week or two ago, others here were complaining about not being able to log on.  I'm going to leave here and search for the thread.  At that time, I wasn't having any problem.    8) -tom

I tested it yesterday and today, uploading both times via FTP FileZilla.
No problem with the login, and the review was very quick as usual.

Tom and Sim, I hope that the connection can get re-established soon for you.

No problems from here, Cornwall, UK.

I uploaded yesterday and had an average level of sales.

Still down for me! Over two days now >:(
Seems to be down in North Eastern USA, this would be a problem for buyers accessing the site as well. I hope StockXpert are aware of this!

Yeah, it's been over 2 days for me now...   Seems like Sim is correct, it is a regional thing, North East U.S. & Eastern Canada...

Since we can't contact them via internet,  I wonder if one of the other friends here on MSG can send a mail for us collectively?     8) -tom

Great idea Tom - or at least if someone could post their spport e-mail address on here so that we can contact them ourselves and give them our regional location.

I have posted a thread on the StockXpert forum.

FYI: I live in North Carolina and have not had any problems at all.

Can you guys access sxc.hu, or is that not responding as well?

I'm not in CT at the moment so I can't even test this on my end. :(

I'm sending in a report. ...
