I requested a moneybookers payment two weeks ago with StockXpert. Are there problems again? This is the longest I have waited for a payment with them.

I asked last week, haven't received yet either. IS and DT were much faster (3-5 days). BigStock and LO are already taking more than 3 days.

LO don't process payments until the end of the month, so that might explain why they are slow.

I find that the payment times vary wildly, and are mostly very unpredictable. I've started requesting payments 1-2 weeks before I need the money with all agencies, but even then, I'm sometimes let down.

Yep, seems like the Microstock companies are finding it increasingly difficult to part with their money Huh

I requested payment from FT and StockXpert on 19 Feb and no payments received to date (10 days). It never took this long. My request from IS took longer than 2 weeks. This is really problematic since I always tried to synchronize my payments towards the end of the month.

I also experienced 2 week delay a few recently. I decided to write a letter to support. Result was quite interesting - first I got payment same day; and second I got an email later same day, explaining that they experience some issue with Moneybookers and expect to resolve them soon.

SX is not the first stock experiencing issues with Moneybookers, it seems to be much more tricky system comparing with PayPal Sad

Hi guys,

Just want to let you know that the problem is not with Moneybookers. Don't want you to think it is an issue with them.

The delay was with our 3rd-party payment processor. I've been told you should receive moneybookers payments by Tuesday.

Sorry for the delay (again).
