This is very strange now. I have requested payment (via moneybookers) on 19th December, and it is 7th january and it is still pending. Is it just me or is it present with others? I wrote to support, but they were of no use, replying me this:


and I clearly stated that I am waiting payment for 15+ days. I know there was holiday vacations, but now they are over, and I woul like to ask another payment, but I cant before pending one is processed.

I contacted StockXpert support again, hope this time they will be more helpful. Does StockXpert have forums of their own?

Don't know about payments, but the sales at StockXpert have been crashing the last two months and are almost nonexistent now in January. Hope it's just me;)

I was informed that there is a delay in Moneybookers payments but that you should receive your payments by the end of this week. It is moneybookers you use, correct?
