Hi there

I've been hit for -$6 (negative due to refund) for a file that never earned +$6 (photos.com pay-per-download).

Has anyone else had this sort of thing happen?

StockXpert support was very quick in responding, which I appreciated --- but it took 4 emails for them to actually realize there was a problem, and now I am on email hold for a while as they look into it.

Anyone else have this happen?

Update:

in an email from stockXpert support:

For some reason, the original purchase ($9) was never posted. The refund

($6) was only a partial refund of the original purchase.

I wonder how often this happens - were there no refund, I'd have never known of the missing $9

For some reason, the original purchase ($9) was never posted.

Just like they forgot to post Photos.com and JI earnings twice and for some reason failed to notice until people started chatting on the forums.
