Like a lot of people, I have been waiting for a payout from StockXpert for over 2 weeks. Just checked their forum and this is what an admin there had to say. Not too promising IMO.
I do understand your frustrations but complaining about it here will not help.
As mentionned before, payments were handled by HAAP media and I cannot comment on their payment process as I was not involved.
It is truly bad timing the sale of the remaining HAAP shares to Getty during this Christmas period with pretty much everyone taking Christmas holidays. However, I can assure you that they will resolve all outstanding issues come early January as they get a hold of all of the banking information from HAAP.
What I recommend you do if you are not paid by January 11 2010, is to send an email to customer support and ask for an update. iStock has appointed some people to take care of your emails and they will be forwarded to the people responsible.
Please note that regardless what the site says, it is not always possible for your emails to be responded within 24 hours.
