Like a lot of people, I have been waiting for a payout from StockXpert for over 2 weeks.  Just checked their forum and this is what an admin there had to say.  Not too promising IMO.

Hi everyone,

I do understand your frustrations but complaining about it here will not help.

As mentionned before, payments were handled by HAAP media and I cannot comment on their payment process as I was not involved.

It is truly bad timing the sale of the remaining HAAP shares to Getty during this Christmas period with pretty much everyone taking Christmas holidays. However, I can assure you that they will resolve all outstanding issues come early January as they get a hold of all of the banking information from HAAP.

What I recommend you do if you are not paid by January 11 2010, is to send an email to customer support and ask for an update. iStock has appointed some people to take care of your emails and they will be forwarded to the people responsible.

Please note that regardless what the site says, it is not always possible for your emails to be responded within 24 hours.

Thanks!
Seb

Also, the fact that Istock has appointed people to deal with StockXpert contributor e-mails seems like a pretty clear indication that StockXpert won't be with us much longer.

They are probably using istock people to deal with StockXpert contributor e-mails to reduce costs.  They don't need 2 sets of people doing the same job.  With all these reduced costs form merging the sites, they should keep StockXpert going, as I am sure it is making a nice profit.  They can probably afford to raise our commissions now :)  ;D ::) :P

Was it through moneybookers or paypal?

I have been waiting since Dec 22 for paypal.

I requested a payment (Moneybookers) 1 Jan and received the money 4 Jan. The delay may be limited to PayPal payments only.

I contacted StockXpert support yesterday. Light speed reply within 5 minutes and got the payment today. It was moneybookers.

I suggest you to contact support through appropriate department.

It has been too long since I've been here! As usual I find my "issues" being discussed by none other than Ms. LisaFX :)

I've been waiting for a StockXpert payout since 1/1...via PP. Did you ever get yours??

Thanks!

That's me - always griping about something ;)

Welcome back NYT!

Still waiting.  I tried writing support but no answer there yet either.

Same here, cashed out on the 1st by Paypal but I'm still waiting - I knew something must be wrong as they've always paid within 2 days in the past.

I thought it may be something personal (due to me removing my images and going exclusive) but I'm glad to see others are in the same boat lol!  ;D

I sent a message to support this morning, via their online form. There is no direct email to a support person anymore, nor a phone number. No response. No paycheck, since requesting on Jan. 2.  >:(   <<< stinkeye aimed at StockXpert or IS, whoever is handling this mess

I must have inadvertently puckered up to the right person at some point in time because they have always been the fastest agency to get me my money. Once a couple yrs ago they goofed and took a couple weeks to pay me but aside from that they always get the paypal transfer to me in the stated timeframe .. often in around 24 hours and a couple times literally within an hour or two from me making the request.

Have you made a payment request in the past couple of weeks?  That's what this conversation is about: not SX history but current events.  After paying me consistently within a couple of days of my requests on the first of each month, they've taken nearly two weeks and counting this time around.  I suspect those who blame IS integration are right as to the cause.  Heck, even 123 paid out faster than SX this time around.  I don't think that's ever happened before.

yeah and I got the payout same as always.

that's bad though when you compare payout timing to 123 .. LOL .. they really suck at it :P

So when exactly did you put a payment request in? I was under the impression that nobody was being paid (through Paypal) at the moment  ???

The most annoying thing is that, yet again, contributors are left in the dark with zero communication and no idea when we'll receive our money.
