Mine was down a little.  But so was other agencies.  At least my TS figures are better than the FT return.  Pretty sad situation.   Cry Cry Cry

I think you are talking just the income from Thinkstock through StockXpert. There are two factors that lower the earnings. One is that we still have vacation time, and other is that you cannot increase the portfolio anymore at StockXpert. But all other sources of Thinkstock are growing. So I would think it is normal for the income through StockXpert to shrink.

Partly true, but "all other sources" are not growing. Many are old collections they bought and have no new material added and never will, just like StockXpert files. That's why I've called ThinkStock a stale warehouse collection. Most of the materials are old leftovers.

True some agencies will be adding new images, but if you look at the long list of names of agencies represented on ThinkStock, most are static and not accepting new images.

Yes it is Summer. ThinkStock should probably be the same, month to month for now, (as in 2012 July should be about the same as 2011 July) unless they get new buyers or lose buyers, it's isn't a living collection with much change.

This month's results are dramatically lower, so much so that I have trouble believing it's just the aging of my content:

Mar 11
15.00
Apr 11:
16.25
May 11:
9.50
Jun 11:
13.50
Jul 11:
13.75
Aug 11:
3.25

I don't think the results posted by disorderly, or my results suggest a falloff.  Keep in mind these numbers for August only show half the month.  I only see a marginal decline over the past several months, and that's in line with a typical summer slowdown we experience everywhere.

My March, April, May and June were all in the $100-$115 range, and July and August will end up in the $80-$100 range.  For comparison, I did about $50 in Aug 2010, so my Thinkstock earnings have doubled in the past year, but of course everyone's mileage will vary.

earning is about 1/4 of that of previous months. Going to be a long time making payouts at that rate.  (4 times longer actually)

.. earning is about 1/4 of that of previous months. ..

+1, about 75-80% down from average monthly figures.

IMO, it is obvious that, *once again*, StockXpert/Thinkstock sales stats for July were posted just partially (to put it mildly)...

P.S. To stockmarketer: FYI, we are not talking about IS/Thinkstock stats here.

The topic title doesn't specify that.  Maybe it should be changed to StockXpert/Thinkstock earnings.

I don't know and I'm be guessing but the stats appear to be for the second half of July and first half of August. Last month the numbers came up on the 15th and then nothing until the 16th? Or is that just me? I only seem to see updates once a month. If that's right, then we are seeing the holiday, mid-Summer slowdown and things should be moving from dead asleep to just dozing off and snoring.  Wink

My impression is that we get credit for a month's sales some time the following month, so what we just saw is our income for July.  In my case, that means July brought in 1/4 of the previous months.  That's a lot worse than what I'd expect from a summer slowdown, and much worse than any of the other sites.

Right, we're talking about StockXpert/Thinkstock, right?  I reported the commissions I see when I log in to StockXpert.

July reporting is still going on.  In addition to the $3.25 reported on the 16th, I now see another $5.25 listed for the 17th.  Which, by the way, won't arrive here for a few more hours.  Money from the FUTURE!

for all those reporting droppings in earnings. It might be due to flood of newly ingested images from istock and elsewhere. They did fix the broken link from istock to thinkstock recently.

They updated more sales today. Looks like it is taking multiple days to get all the data in.

Hi,

I want to ask if anybody had the same problem.
About 2-3 weeks ago I mailed to the SX support that I want to delete my account. As I can't enter it, I suppose that it is deleted. But I had some funds on my account (less than an automatical withdraw) and they were not withdrawn to my MoneyBookers. I have mailed to the support twice since that but they ignored me. Did anybody have a similar problem and how it can be solved?

Best regards.
