Title: Upload process at Stockxpert
Post by: leszek on March 17, 2008, 17:58
Recently I had some trouble - basically, I waited almost 3 weeks for review. Upon contacting Stockxpert, the images have been reviewed, and I also received an E-mail advising me to upload to "/images" directory on FTP server - which I am doing already.

The problem might have been that after uploading, adding categories and clicking "Submit" - I moved the images to "Home" folder.

The way I see it it goes like this:
1) Upload via FTP to "/images" directory
2) Search for a briefcase which contains the uploaded images (this is not "/images" directory, which already causes confusion)
3) Edit images by adding categories and click "Submit" (although status does not change, it is still "pending" which is confusing again)
4) Leave the images in a briefcase ? Move them somewhere ? If moved, will the images "disappear" from the reviewers radar ?

Anyone else finds this process very confusing ?
And what is the proper way of doing things in order to avoid delays ?

Yeah, it's confusing, but you almost have it. After uploading, click on My Account, then My Images. There is a StockXpert Briefcase tab on the right. Click on it, then edit as you said. After that, I've never moved mine anywhere.
