It's been really quiet for me too - a few months back sales were really tanking!

Have just spotted this on another thread - maybe explains?

Ok. We identified a problem with how sales data is being reported from Photos.com and JIU to StockXpert. The data is being recorded and logged; it's just not flowing to StockXpert. Our dev and tech teams are working quickly to fix the problem and restore the data to your balance sheets.

yes, me too

I still love them though!
They're friendly and eager to help, their upload process is easy, their review time is ultra fast, and the icing of the cake, they used to sell so well...
I hope this quiet time will pass and all will be well again.
Also, I'm thinking... I've got a lot of Christmas images. Christmas is over now, images stopped selling, it's only normal.
Let's see what happens next.

I think we all wonder, it is very frustrating. Something is not working & we have to watch our $ there constantly anymore.

I just had some 2009 sales today, but haven't seen any lost sales between Dec 28, 2008 to Jan 6, 2009.

Have you got any recovered sales from that period?

I've had more sales at StockXpert so far in January than all of December. I try to understand, but it isn't easy

Today was good. Things are picking up at StockXpert and just about all other sites now. Whatever is going on, I hope it continues.

So far a pitiful 5 sales for the whole month. And they were all sold in the first 4 days. Nothing happening the last 4 days. Anyone else?

But all sales are still only from StockXpert. Non of the sale are from Juperimages or Photo.com. Has this changed for any of you?

I see the same starting yesterday - sales from JUI and Photos.com showing. No credit for prior unreported sales that I can see though.

I opted back out earlier this week and will be staying opted out until I am satisfied that this will not continue to happen.

My January stats are:

Stockxpert pay-per-download: 27
Stockxpert subscription: 23
Photos.com subscription: 1
Jupiterimages Unlimited subscription: 2

So there are definitely more StockXpert sales than JIU and Photos.com, but there are a few so it looks like things are still functioning normally.
