New to Symbiostock.  Just about done setting up my site.  Many of my processed images show 0 (zero) for size on the full-size line.  They can be purchased and delivered at full size, but obviously customers are going to know what they are purchasing.  I've tried reprocessing, didn't help.  It won't let me edit the size, how do I fix these?
Thanks
Rick

Welcome to Symbiostock, can you show a link to your site?

Most of the technical discussions now take place at symbiostock.org

I currently have only 1 image published (I'm waiting to work the bugs out before I publish the rest, have some other work to do on the site, too), but it does show the problem.

My guess would be that you are uploading a very small image, the medium size is only showing 1000 x 1000 pixels instead of 3000+ so there is no large size ?

I've got a thread on this going on at Symbiostock.org, too.  If the Christine here is the same as the one that replied there, you can focus on that thread instead of this one.  However, if you're a different Christine, here's some info-- I've had a variety of sizes show this same problem, from over 5000px to only 640px, the size seems to make no difference.  Most of my images are a hair over 3000.  I've also had many of each size display correctly, even the 640 size, correctly showing 640 as full size.  Whatever the cause, I need a fix.

Perhaps someone knows where the data is stored for the pricing tables for each image, so I could go and correct the errant ones manually?

best way to help is if you puiblish a few more so we can se if it was a 1 time problem or something deeper -- can't tell with just 1 image

I've installed a new version of Symbiostock, but the problem remains.  I'm going to try to publish a few more pictures with the problem, and see if the problem goes away with publishing (and to provide a few more examples).  The new version of Symbiostock's Help tab does not point to this forum as the old one did, but rather points to the forum at Symbiostock.org, so I am now abandoning this thread in hopes that a solution will find me on the thread I've started on that forum.  Head on over there if you're looking for current info on this problem.  Thanks for trying to find a solution for me.
