1. these are my 2 images which I was trying to upload, the picture of red and yellow brick

2. I add both files in the box and upload it until 100% and then select "Process images" in the link below

3. However, there is one image that the program didn't understand and it said that "No matching image files found. You may have named them incorrectly. Fix problem and re-upload. This file has been removed"--------- but both files are JPG format !

4. and in the "All images" page. It show only the red brick picture

5. I have test this with other computer (my friend) and it got the same problem.

6. Moreover, this happen to many of my JPG files, about 50% fail to be processed
I don';t know what the problem is... please help me.

Thank you very much.

The main symbiostock forum is now at symbiostock.org where you may get your question answered a little faster.

It might be that you do not have a high enough memory allowance in your php.ini

I don't have enough time to search for the setting at the moment but if you do a forum search for php.ini you should be able to find some help if this is the cause.
