I haven't even updated to 3.6 yet. Looked at my site, and the custom css edits I made are gone. The child theme is still active, but I notice the Jetpack plugin is missing, and the extra Editor under Appearance where I put my custom CSS is gone. I'm going to try to reinstall Jetpack and hope that it all goes back to normal.

Anyone else have issues?

OK, that fixed it. I just reinstalled jetpack and the CSS Edit section came back. It was blank for a few seconds, I went to retrieve my CSS from a backup file and when I returned to admin, it had auto populated. Site is running pretty slow, but I guess that's better than no site at all.  :(
