Title: Search doesn't work for a keyword if I have a lot of pictures with this keyword
Post by: stocked on August 27, 2013, 02:14
Images don't show up in search for keywords where I have a lot of pictures (for example woman). Pictures do show up if I search for more specific keywords (for example wife instead of woman).
Instead of the pictures I get the following error message:

Warning: SimpleXMLElement::__construct(): Entity: line 2663: parser error : Entity 'Atilde' not defined in /srv/www/htdocs/web3/html/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/network-manager/interpreter.php on line 53 Warning: SimpleXMLElement::__construct(): au&submit=Search&post_type=image&page=2">Nà in /srv/www/htdocs/web3/html/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/network-manager/interpreter.php on line 53 Warning: SimpleXMLElement::__construct(): ^ in /srv/www/htdocs/web3/html/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/network-manager/interpreter.php on line 53 Warning: SimpleXMLElement::__construct(): Entity: line 2663: parser error : Entity 'curren' not defined in /srv/www/htdocs/web3/html/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/network-manager/interpreter.php on line 53 Warning: SimpleXMLElement::__construct(): 038;submit=Search&post_type=image&page=2">Nä in /srv/www/htdocs/web3/html/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/network-manager/interpreter.php on line 53 Warning: SimpleXMLElement::__construct(): ^ in /srv/www/htdocs/web3/html/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/network-manager/interpreter.php on line 53 Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'String could not be parsed as XML' in /srv/www/htdocs/web3/html/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/network-manager/interpreter.php:53 Stack trace: #0 /srv/www/htdocs/web3/html/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/network-manager/interpreter.php(53): SimpleXMLElement->__construct('display_results(false) #3 /srv/www/htdocs/web3/html/wp-includes/template-loader.php(47): include('/srv/www/htdocs...') #4 /srv/www/htdocs/web3/html/wp-blog-header.php(16): require_once('/srv/www/htdocs...') #5 /srv/www/htdocs/web3/html/index.php(17): require('/srv/www/htdocs...') #6 {main} thrown in /srv/www/htdocs/web3/html/wp-content/themes/symbiostock/inc/classes/network-manager/interpreter.php on line 53

Maybe an update didn't work properly, should I remove the whole theme and install it fresh?

Try turning the theme off then on again. And temporarily deactivate clean-theme just in case there's a conflict there. If it still persists let me know.

One more thing before I take out the greasemonkey tools (tomorrow).

Can you try it with the premium version deactivated? Then with an older version?

That particular error is one that had haunted me a LONG time ago when Symbio first came out. I'm surprised to see it back.

If you still have the error I'll simply need you to set me up an admin account in wp and email the credentials to leo[at]symbiostock.com. I'll check into it and see what is causing it.

2.6.0 with clean theme 2.0.0

Where did you find 2.6.0?

Forget it, I just saw that Leo came out with a new paid version.

Did you get my email? I have tried different versions deleted all themes manually reinstall etc. nothing helped so far. My ImageUploader is also broken on this site maybe there is a connection between these two problems?

The warning at the top of the thread seems to be complaining about foreign characters (the atilde and curren symbols):

Nä

Maybe try and remove them and see if that fixes things.
